4. ORDERS

An order placed on Refinix.ca constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

If an already paid order must be canceled by Refinix, the applicable amounts will be refunded according to the payment method used.

The automatic receipt of an order confirmation does not mean that we waive reasonable verifications that may be necessary before processing or shipping.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on Refinix.ca are indicated in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated or indicated before finalization of the order in accordance with applicable requirements.

We may change our prices at any time. However, a price change does not affect an already concluded order, unless a correction is permitted or required by law.

Payments made on Refinix.ca may be processed by Shopify or by third-party payment service providers. Refinix does not necessarily store all of your complete payment card data.

6. AVAILABILITY

Products are offered subject to available stock.

Adding a product to the cart does not constitute a reservation of it.

In the event that an ordered product is no longer available, we will contact the customer and apply the necessary solutions or refunds in accordance with applicable laws.

7. DELIVERY

Preparation and delivery times presented on the site are estimates, unless a precise commitment is expressly indicated.

Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly due to the carrier, weather conditions, exceptional parcel volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The rights granted to consumers by applicable legislation remain fully applicable.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Partner discounts are intended exclusively for the approved account holder and cannot be transferred or shared with an unauthorized person or company.

Refinix may suspend or withdraw partner status in case of abusive use, inaccurate information, fraud, or non-compliance with program conditions, subject to any applicable contractual agreement.

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and promotional codes may be subject to specific conditions, including a validity period, a minimum purchase amount, a restriction to certain products, or a usage limit.

Unless otherwise indicated, promotions and discount codes are not necessarily stackable.

In case of contradiction between these terms and the specific conditions of a promotion, the specific conditions of the promotion apply.
